These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pawmason.com and your business relationship with PawMason Supply, a brand of Shenyang Baopu Technology Co., Ltd. ("PawMason", "we", or "us"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. B2B Wholesale Only

PawMason Supply is a B2B wholesale platform. All products are sold in bulk quantities with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 50 units unless otherwise stated. We do not sell to individual consumers.

2. Pricing & Quotes

All prices are quoted in USD on an EXW (Ex Works) basis unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed in our formal quotation document.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit via T/T (bank transfer). The remaining 70% balance is due before shipment. Production begins only after deposit confirmation.

4. Production & Shipping

Production lead times range from 10-35 days depending on product type and order quantity. We arrange shipping via sea or air freight to your designated port or warehouse. Shipping costs are billed separately.

5. Quality & Returns

All products undergo quality inspection before shipment. If you receive defective products, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order with photo evidence. We will arrange replacements or credit for confirmed defects.

6. OEM/ODM Services

Custom designs and private label products are subject to separate agreements. Samples are charged at a nominal fee and are deductible from the final order. Intellectual property for custom designs remains with the client.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on pawmason.com, including product images, descriptions, and designs, is the property of PawMason Supply. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

PawMason Supply is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shenyang, Liaoning, China.
